so this is another lovely day of my spring break. i’m supposed to be very productive; work out every day, study for my lsat, etc. however, i haven’t done anything but lay around like a unless piece of lard.
today i decided to try kfc’s new big box meal. i saw the commercial for it yesterday and i thought to myself, I have to try that. you get a drumstick, chicken strip, popcorn chicken, biscuit, mash potatoes and gravy, cole slaw and a humongous drink. i actually really like it. i’m not big on fast food and kfc quality is hit or miss, usually miss but everything tasted really good. i did pretty well: ate everything except a couple bites of popcorn chicken and a couple bites of cole slaw. it will all be gone soon… give me another few minutes.
a couple of days ago i was at victoria’s secret and i ran into another student. okay, wtf, this is the third time in a year and a half that i ran into a student at victoria’s secret! it’s the only store i run into students in! so annoying! it was more awkard for the student than for me b/c i was just buying sweatpants and she was buying a bra. the people who work there are so freakin’ indiscreet, i swear. she saw that we were talking and it’s pretty obvious i’m not her “pal” but that we had a professional relationship and the lady was like “SO THAT’S THE VERY SEXY BRA IN A THIRTY-SIX B.” at the top of her freaking lungs. my poor student was mortified. i played it off like it wasn’t a big deal to try to make her feel better but it’s like, where’s the fire dude? why did you have to exclaim her size for the entire dressing room to hear? so rude, i swear.
anyway, to make matters worse, i ran into the students mom who also knows me from parent teacher conferences. god, could it BE any more awkward?
