this blog fucken sucks

last night i was browsing some interesting blogs… blogs that are well thought out, organized, etc. my blog is obviously none of those things but to be fair, i don’t really try to make this blog good.

ANYWAY - my life has been boring lately. i feel like it’s a car that is having trouble starting. wow, that’s a depressing analogy. i don’t say this much but i love my late 20’s. i believe this is the best time in my life despite all my melodramatic rants and often pessimistic outlook. i never thought i’d be thinking about law school and still single at 28 but i honestly wouldn’t change a thing about my life.

having said that, i feel like i am at a crossroads right now. i’m having second thoughts about going to law school this fall and the law field in general. the good news is that i don’t have to decide RIGHT NOW so i guess i’m going to sleep on it until things become more clear. i’m actually 50-50 right now. my mailbag today was sweet though: i got a maryland law tshirt (size L, of course) and my $300 seat deposit back from Lewis and Clark. that is awfully nice of them!!!

my love life has also been at a standstill. i’ve been single for 6 months which has only happened twice in the last 10 years. singleness is undoubtedly cool but does take some getting used to. most of the time, it’s fab, but lately it’s been kind of boring. it’s hard to start anything when there’s a chance i might be moving out of the area in a couple months.

anyway, this is one of the more open posts i’ve written this year. i guess i felt pressure to make my blog *better* because i saw those other peoples’.

oh yeah, this weekend i have to go to a shitload of birthday parties. i have to go to one right now. bye.
